  • Department Description: Brecknock Township is a diverse community of approximately 4,700 citizens, located in southern Berks County, Pennsylvania.   • Department Description: The Kutztown Borough Police Department takes pride in the leadership we’ve demonstrated in the region and the positive impact it has on the safety of our community. We were the first police department in Berks County to integrate a state-of-the-art mobile data system that provides on-demand vehicle information and reports to the patrol units in the field — setting the standard for the county-wide mobile data system in use today. We were also the first police department in the county to carry Narcan, the lifesaving antidote for opioid overdose victims.   • Department Description: Shillington Police Department serves the Borough of Shillington. The Borough is about 1 square mile with a population of about 6,000. We are in the Governor Mifflin School District with the Middle School, High School, and Administration building in the Borough. Our department provides police services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
